About This Service:
Our IT Services Retainer for Support and Assistance comes in both an onsite service (Currently available within a 1 hour radius of Wilmington, Delaware) or as a remote service which is provided at a reduced rate (and is available nationwide.) Services are sold in 5, 10, 25, or 40 hour blocks, consumed in 30 minute increments. Our friendly, professional, US based technicians are skilled troubleshooters and also are available for phone, chat or email support during core business hours.

This service can be used for services such as:
– Diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware, software & network components to ensure the smooth running of computer systems, smartphone, network, application or IoT devices.*
– Hardware or Software installation, configuration, and upgrades.*
– Available for questions, best practices, and recommendations.
– File/Data Migrations*
– Internet connectivity troubleshooting*
– Email troubleshooting
– Basic website/domain name/DNS troubleshooting
– IT Health Check
– Log analysis
– Technology Purchasing Recommendations
– Technology & Computer Tutoring
– Augmentation of existing IT staff/resources

All unused hours will expire one year from purchase date.

* Remote service capabilities may be limited as some activities may require onsite support (eg: hardware failure or replacement would be an onsite only service.)
Please Note: For any remote service to be effectively provided, it is required to have an internet connection with sufficient bandwidth. Software may need to be installed to further troubleshoot a problem.
